Source IP addresses and hashed user-agent evidence may be retained with electronic consent where lawfully collected. Access is authenticated and restricted by editorial role. First publication is disabled, so no article or issue record is public.

This notice does not state a physical controller address, processor geography, transfer mechanism, fixed retention period, legal certification or transfer approval because those facts are not established in the authoritative project sources.
